Lobby is very nice and family mart was easily accessible. The front counter was helpful whenever we had questions. We donr have kids, but the children play area was offered for guests and looked cute!

The beds were amazing- very comfortable!! I loved the family room style, very practical and so incredibly useful! The space in the lobby called the garden was perfect for organizing get together with others. The karaoke and restaurant on property was phenomenal!

Breakfast is copious and varied, but in a rather institutional setting (enormous white room with lots of tables-for-four arranged in it)

the breakfast was absolutely great. changing dishes every day with extra menu items on the weekend. the bath was also very relaxing in the evenings and the rooms were clean and big. if there is another event to visit at Intex Osaka, I will book there again.

The lounge is spacious and clean, and they kindly allowed us to stay there while waiting to transfer from another hotel. Since our check-in at the other hotel was scheduled for 4 PM, we stayed at Hotel Fukuracia Lounge in the meantime.

Public bath included. Family Mart built in to buildijg, although have to walk outside. Laundry room included, although couldn't locate it.

The meal was superb. We were surprised that the brakfast for our child was free. Time allotted for breakfast was perfect. We didn't have to rush.
